We now also take requests for the first-visit appointments for Saturdays via direct number: 0956-22-8560. Please refer to the following conditions before calling.

1. Applicable patients
First visit patients who have a referral letter from a primary doctor

2. How to make an appointment
We schedule your appointment only in Japanese language. Ask your primary doctor to call us or contact us through an interpreter. Fax is also available in Japanese. (fax: 0956-24-0474)

3. Notes
i) As for the departments of Ophthalmology, Orthopedics and Sports medicine, your appointment date will be fixed later.
ii) Appointments for the next business day are unacceptable.
iii) Requests for Return-visit appointments or schedule changes can be made at each department during weekdays.
