Request for cooperation to Outpatients

With a rapid increase of patients in the fifth wave of COVID-19, we have strengthened our infection preventive measures for outpatient consultations.
Recently, we have been experiencing a few positive cases every single day, among outpatients who visit us for reasons other than COVID-19.
To prevent hospital-acquired infections, we would like you to keep social distancing while waiting for the consultation. In addition, please follow our guideline listed below.

①The number of attendants for an outpatient is limited to ONE.

②You may be asked to wait in the car until your turn for a consultation. Or, if you prefer to wait in the car, please ask the clerk in charge of the department.

③If you are not the first visit patient and need only a prescription, call the department in advance. *Consultation by doctor through your interpreter on the phone is required.

④You may be asked to postpone your appointment.

Be sure to wear a mask, regardless of your symptoms.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
